Return of the Natives Planting Day

Today in the Adventure of Truth, we participated in a planting event with Return of the Natives. At Zmudowski beach in Monterey Bay, we planted 1200 native plants including Sagewort, Buckwheat, and Beach Primrose. In coordination with students at California State University in Monterey Bay, we assisted in planting these native plants to help the sand dunes that line along the beautiful coastline. The ecosystems that these dunes support will gain stability with the introduction of these plants. Many insects and animals, including the Snowy Plover bird and the Smith’s Blue Butterfly who use the vegetation for protection, will enjoy a more balanced habitat.

In the early 1900’s, ice-plant was introduced to the coastline of California with the intention of holding shifting sand more stable for the construction of railroad tracks. However, the introduction of ice-plant has begun to lessen the biodiversity of the delicate ecosystem that the dunes support, and its effects are felt.

With continued effort and awareness, Return of the Natives progresses with this work and many other projects alike with the intention of creating a better tomorrow. Awareness of these environmental issues and remedial projects continues to grow and we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to share in restoring the one common habitat that we as humans share together, Mother Earth.

On the Wings of Awareness

Waiting in the wings of our awareness is the understanding of the dynamics of manifestation. • • When one weighs down choices with the complexity of feelings of obligation rather than with one’s pure heart’s desire, the resulting manifestation is muddied by the energy of conflict. It then becomes clear that the choices made must be a reflection of ones true intent and the instrument of ones will, rather than an adaptation that has been created to accommodate the expectations and needs of others. A grasp on this feeling reveals that it is a natural part of the human condition to manifest the heart’s desire. When loyalty is shifted to one’s own shoulders, life’s work alters to reflect an innate sense of joy in being alive, and the harmony we seek then begins to thrive ~ #Oneness

The Golden era is now, back to our origins we flow. Living in love, light, joy and freedom is what we all desire. To reach this blissful state, one must allow authenticity to shine through. There are no steps to take to reach this illuminated state of awareness. All one must do is simply listen, tune in and receive awareness of the interconnectedness that is. Ego will build obstacles and illusions to deter the spirit from reaching oneness. A reminder to dream, feel, and manifest with clear intention. Let us be conscious of the way we interact with ourselves, others and the environment. Let us emanate unconditional love from every muscle and every fiber of our being. Let our heartfelt direction be for the greater good of ourselves and all, for we are one. With open hearts, we are awakened to the divine light within us. May it guide us all along the golden path of consciousness to fulfill the selfless mission that we have created for ourselves here on earth. Let us replace density with light and ride the wave into the pasture of peace and harmony. For this is our ultimate destination and is rapidly achieved through reconciliation with our truest self. To merge ego with spirit is the way of light; the way of Oneness.
